The Roost is a living space for Gen-Z that matches their world view. More irreverent, more punk. It’s student apartments for the Netflix generation. The articulation ask demanded originality, transparency and most of all, authenticity. The result was more a tribal rally cry than brand awareness message. The result: A student living brand that’s more expressive of student life.
Striking visuals, colour and an unashamed approach to brand needed to be maintained. Bold landing messages were clear and immediately differentiated Roost in tone and style.

Inspired by Netflix’s strong social play, the Roost’s DM style and unique TOV naturally lent itself to organic social and strong boosted brand messages to captivate our connected audience.

Knowing the audience was in search of more, long-form content pieces provided us a means to keep space-grabbers engaged and interested in what the Roost could open their world up to.
