HGTV TINY HOUSE

SPATIAL DESIGN | 3D BUILD RENDERING VIDEO FLYTHROUGH

If the pandemic has shown us anything, it’s that we all need a breakaway space from time to time. If given the opportunity what extra space would we love to have ad how would we maximise every inch of it?

THE DESIGN

Our agency partner had outfitted a Newhaven Tiny House for tiny tailgates on college campuses for their client, HGTV. But the brand and agency knew there was an opportunity in reimagining this space in a way that tapped into what consumers most needed during the pandemic.

Enter the HGTV Tiny House Giveaway where viewers were given the chance to win the kind of extra space they needed most. Of the 6 final designs the agency and HGTV explored, we were commissioned to design and deliver 3: a Playhouse, Classroom and Home Office.

PLAYHOUSE

The ultimate playroom where kids could just be kids. A lighthearted & fun room filled with punches of colour & space, with little pockets of quiet time & rest. And a climbing wall. Definitely a climbing wall.

CLASSROOM

The perfect answer to homeschooling. The ideal environment conducive to learning, from colour palette to furnishings. A mature space to grow young, and not-so-young, minds.

HOME OFFICE

A flatpack, pop-up co-working space. A bold & inspiring environment with generous room for small meetings, a coffee break space, pause areas & an electric bathroom.
